Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes And Pine Nuts Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Fresh pasta,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1: Garlic clove,
1/4 cup: Chicken broth,
2 tbsp: Italian herb,
1/4 cup: Sun dried tomato pieces,
1/4 cup: Pine nuts,
Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add herbs, chicken broth and sun dried
tomatoes (snipped into 1/8" slices with scissors). Cover and simmer 10
minutes. Toss with cooked pasta and top with pine nuts. Serve with
Parmesan cheese to taste.
