Pecan-amaretto Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Egg whites, room temperature
3/4 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Oat bran, unprocessed
2/3 cup: Pecans, toasted, chopped
1 tbsp: Amaretto,
1/2 tsp: Almond extract,

Preheat oven to 300 degrees; coat two cookie sheets with nonstick
cooking spray. Beat egg whites in a large bowl at high speed until soft
peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until
stiff peaks form. Gently fold in oat bran, pecans, amaretto and almond
extract. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans. Bake for 25
minutes, or until golden and firm. Remove f cookie: 36 calories, 1.5g fat,
