1 lbs: Raddiatore, cook al dente
1/2 lbs: Broccoli florets, cooked
1 tbsp: Oil,
3 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 lbs: Chicken breasts, strips
4: Oil-pk sun-dried tomatoes, drain, chop
Salt and pepper,
Parmesan cheese, grated or
Toasted bread crumbs,
Directions:
In oil saute garlic and chicken strips until brown. Add a bit of water.
Cover and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, broccoli and
pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve with Parmesan; or to
