San Marco Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
8 lbs: Chuck steak 1" thick,
4 tsp: Oregano,
Cut into serving pieces,
Pepper & salt to taste,
4 package: Onion soup mix,
8 tbsp: Cooking oil,
4 can: Italian tomatoes,
8 tsp: Red wine vinegar,
Directions:
In large skillet, arrange meat, cover with onion soup mix, add tomatoes,
sprinkle with oregano, garlic, pepper, oil and vinegar. Simmer covered 1
1/2 hours or until meat is tender. This dish can also be cooked in the
crockpot. Simmer 3-4 hours.
