Scalloped Brains Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Sets calfs brains, prepped
1/4 cup: Onion, chopped
4 tbsp: Butter,
1 1/2 cup: Medium white sauce,
1/2 cup: Cracker crumbs,
Directions:
After preparing brains, cut into slices and saut with onion in 2 tbs
butter until lightly browned. Combine with the white sauce and pour into
shallow 6-cup baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with 2 tbs
butter. Bake in a moderate 350 F oven until bubbly hot.
