Turkey With Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:
1/2 tsp. paprika 1 medium onion, sliced 1/2 cup thawed orange juice
concentrate, undiluted 1/3 cup water 2 Tbls. firmly packed brown sugar 2
Tbls. chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Rinse turkey and pat dry; place on rack of broiler pan. (If using only
thighs, remove skin.) Broil, 4 inches from heat source, until turkey is
brown. Remove to Dutch oven or roasting pan and sprinkle with paprika.
Arrange onion slices over turkey. In small bowl, combine juice concentrate,
water, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over turkey and
onions. Cover and bake approximately 1 hour in preheated 400~ F. oven until
turkey is tender, basting once or twice. Slice turkey; coat with sauce and
garnish with orange twists. Serve with rice or pasta.
* Thighs may be boned before cooking.
