Chicken In Lemon Dill Butter ^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 cup: Sliced mushrooms,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Dill weed,
1 tsp: Salt,
3 lbs: Chicken, cut in serving
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
-pieces,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,

Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet with lid. Add all ingredients except
chicken and bring to a boil. Add chicken and bring to boiling point,
but do not actually boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until
chicken is tender. Transfer chicken to a serving platter. Serve with
rice or noodles covered with remaining cooking liquid. 4 servings.
