Ham & Vegetable Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium: Potatoes, unpeeled and cut
1: Zucchini, chopped
-in 1/2" cubes,
1 large: Tomato, cut in eighths
1 large: Onion, chopped
2 can: Hormel Chunk Ham, 5 oz size,
1 tbsp: Oil,
-drained and flaked,
1: Green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup: Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
In 10" skillet over med-high heat cook potatoes and onions 5 minutes
or until brown and almost tender. Add green pepper and zucchini. Cook
5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add tomato and ham. Sprinkle with
cheese. Cover 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Source: Hormel Ad
