5 lbs: Pork butt, coarse ground
5 cup: Bread crumbs,
4 each: Eggs, lightly beaten
8 each: Garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp: Salt,
3 tsp: Thyme,
3 tsp: Basil,
3 tsp: Rosemary,
3 tsp: Marjoram,
3 tsp: Black Pepper,
2 cup: Water,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing. To
