1/2 tsp: To 1 dried jalapeno flakes,
1 tbsp: To 2 water or jalapeno,
OR,
Liquid, if and as needed
1: Or 2 diced jalapenos,

EXTRUDER
1 1/4 cup: Durum semolina,
1: Egg,
1/2 tsp: To 1 dried jalapeno flakes,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil, optional
OR,
1 tbsp: To 2 water or jalapeno,
1: Or 2 diced jalapenos,
Liquid, if and as needed

Directions:
Jalapeno flakes may be found in well stocked spice sections of grocery
stores or in gourmet shops. If using canned jalapenos, use the liquid
in which they are packed for extra jalapeno flavoring. Per 1 cup
