Jungle Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large: Onions, chopped
2 lbs: Ground Beef,
1: Green Bell Pepper,
1 cup: Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
-seeded and chopped,
2 can: , (15 Oz) Red Beans
1 Clove: Garlic, minced
2 can: , (1 Lb) Tomatoes, Stewed
1/4 cup: Vegetable Oil,
Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Saute onions, pepper, and garlic in the oil in a pot until onion is
wilted. Add meat and brown. Then add all other ingredients and simmer
until macaroni is tender.
Yield 8 servings (for hungry campers).
