Boiled Salad Dressing^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter,
2: Eggs,
2 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 cup: Vinegar,
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler put the butter, eggs, sugar, mustard,
salt and pepper. Cook over very hot water until they begin to
thicken. Stir in the vinegar and continue cooking 3 minutes. Remove
from heat; beat occasionally while cooling. Keep in a cool dark
place. This dressing will remain good for several weeks.
