Cheese Cake Napoli Style Recipe

Ingredients:
500 gram: Ricotta cheese,
150 gram: Candied fruit,
200 gram: Sugar,
50 gram: Butter,
5: Egg yolks,
1: Egg,
50 milliliter: Rum,
5 milliliter: Vanilla,
40 gram: Lemon and orange skin,
300 gram: Flour,
200 gram: Butter,
100 gram: Sugar,
1: Egg,
Directions:

Make the crust with mixed flour, sugar and egg. Mix all other
ingredients together with cheese and lemon and orange skin. Spread
the crust in a cake mould, fill with ricotta cheese mixture. Bake in
oven 180 C for 40 mins.
