Junkyard Dog Pot Luck Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium: Onion, chopped
2 each: Carrots, cut into pieces
3 medium: Potatoes, cut into sm pieces
1 medium: Zucchini, cut into sm pieces
8 ounce: Macaroni,
2 cup: Cooked meat, 1/2 in. cubes
1 can: 16oz kidney beans, drained
1 each: Clove garlic, minced
1 cup: Basic Dog Broth,
6 ounce: Tomato paste,
1 tbsp: Tamari sauce,
1/2 tsp: Dried thyme,
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano,
Salt,
Black Pepper,
Directions:
Place onions, carrots, potatos, and zucchini in a steamer and steam
for 15-20 minutes, or until potatos are soft. While vegetables are
steaming, cook macaroni, drain and reserve.
Place vegetables in large saucepan. Add meat, kidney beans, garlic
and broth. Stir well. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat
and cook until beans and meat are heated, stir frequently. Add
tomato paste, tamari, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Add
macaroni, simmer 20 minutes adding more broth or water if needed. Let
cool slightly and serve to dog.
