Kellogs Peach Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Margarine, softened
1/2 cup: Sugar,
2: Eggs,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 1/2 cup: Bread cubes, toasted
2 cup: Kellogs corn flakes,
. crushed to 1 cup,
1 can: Peaches, (16oz), drained
2 tsp: Lemon juice,
Non-stick cooking spray,
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the margarine and sugar until light and
fluffy. Add the eggs. Beat well. Stir in the nutmeg, vanilla, the
bread cubes and corn flakes.
Spread half the mixture over the bottom of a shallow 10x6x2-inch glass
baking dish coated with vegetable non-stick cooking spray. Cover with
peaches; sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with the remaining cereal
mixture.
Bake at 375
F about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm
with whipped topping or frozen yogurt, if desired.
