Kellogs Salad Croutons Recipe

Yield: 4 1/2 cups

Ingredients:
5 cup: Kellogs corn flakes,
3 tbsp: Margarine, melted
1 tbsp: Italian seasoning,
1/2 tsp: Onion salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
3 tbsp: Parmesan cheese, grated
Nonstick cooking spray,

Directions:
Place cereal in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, Italian
seasoning, onion salt and pepper. Drizzle the margarine mixture over
the cereal, tossing gently to coat the cereal evenly. Sprinkle with
the cheese. Place in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish coated with nonstick
vegetable cooking spray.

Bake at 250

F about 10 minutes or until crisp and cereal starts to
brown. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Use in
salads as you would any crouton.

Nutritional information: per 2 Tbsp serving: 25 calories, 1g fat, 75mg
sodium, 4g carbohydrates, 0g cholesterol
