Hot Sausage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef,
1/2 lbs: Hot Italian sausage, cut in
1/2 inch: slices,
1 cup: Chopped onions,
2 tsp: Oregano,
1 can: Cheddar cheese soup,
1 can: Tomato soup,
1 cup: Water,
4 cup: Cooked wide noodles,
4 ounce: Cheddar cheese, cut up
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion with oregano, until done.
Stir to seperate meat, use shortening if necessary. Pour off fat.
Add soups and water. Chill 1 hour. In separate container, chill
noodles. Combine meat and noodles. Pour in 12 x 8 inch pan. Cover
and place in a cold oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top
with Cheddar cheese until hot and melted. Randy Rigg
