Mediteranean-style Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
10 ounce: Spinach, frozen chopped- thawed and drained well
2 centiliter: Garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1 cup: Prepared spaghetti sauce,
1/2 cup: Packaged Italian-seasoned bread crumbs,

Directions:
Preheat the broiler or prepare the grill so the coals are hot.
Combine the beef, spinach, garlic, Parmesan cheese, spaghetti sauce
and bread crumbs in a large bowl until well mixed. Divide the
mixture into 8 equal portions, and shape into 8 burger patties.
Broil or grill the burgers 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each
side or until cooked through.
Makes 8 burgers at 78 cents each. Prep: 15 minutes Broil or
grill: 12 minutes.
Per burger: 333 calories, 30 g protein, 19 g fat, 10 g
carbohydrate, 510 mg sodium, 90 mg cholesterol.
