Ingredients:
7 Pat: dwigans,
1/4 cup: Cooking oil,
4 small: St peters fish or trout,
2 medium: Size onions, sliced
1 small: Can tahina,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
10 Milliliters: ,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Garlic, crushed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. heat a small amount of cooking oil and saute the
onion slices for a few minutes. Add the fish and saute them for a min
or so on each side just to flavor them.In a bowl blend the tahina
with the lemn juice and garlic. Sprinkle the fish
