Strudel - Walnut Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Chopped walnuts,
2 cup: Chopped apples,
1 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
3 tbsp: Grated lemon rind,
Directions:
Spread the nuts on half the oiled dough (two recipes for strudel

Sprinkle with the sugar mixed the cinnamon andlemon rind. Roll up.
