Molho De Pimenta Com Limao (hot Pepper Sauce With Lime) Recipe

Ingredients:
6 each: Fresh Malagueta chiles -OR- substitute pequins, seeds and stems removed, minced
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 medium: Onion, minced
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Lime or lemon juice,
Directions:
Note: the Malagueta pepper is a close relative of the Tabasco pepper.
Combine all ingredients and allow to sit at room temperature for 2
hours to blend all the flavors
