Mushroom And Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Very crisp, fresh white mushrooms
Juice of 1/2 lemon,
2/3 cup: Swiss cheese, cut into strips
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Remove stems and save for another recipe. Wipe caps clean and slice.
Add the lemon juice to mushrooms and toss to coat to prevent
blackening. Add strips of the swiss cheese and toss with olive oil,
