Nam Prik Dang (red Chili Sauce) Recipe

Ingredients:
40: Chilies, red, fresh --
Chopped,
8: Garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp: Sugar, brown
4 tbsp: Fish sauce, Nam Pla
1/2 cup: Lime juice, fresh
Directions:
In a blender, grind all ingredients to a smooth sauce. Put in tightly
closed jar and refrigerate.
Tamarind liquid may be substituted for the lime juice.
