Green Beans With Honey-cashew Sauce - Country Living Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Coarsely chopped, salted
2 tbsp: Honey,
-cashews,
1 lbs: Green beans, trimmed, cooked
3 tbsp: Unsalted butter,
-tender-crisp, drained
Directions:
1. In large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until
lightly browned-about 5 minutes. Add honey and cook, stirring
constantly, 1 minute longer.
2. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated; spoon into
serving dish and serve immediately.
