Health Vegetable & Liver Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Liver, chopped
1 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1 cup: Fresh or frozen spinach,
4 small: Carrots, diced
-chopped,
1/2 cup: Celery, diced
1 can: Tomatoes, 20 oz
1 large: Onion, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper to taste,
2 cup: Hot water,
Directions:
Stir cook the liver in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir
well. Cook covered (25 min in microwave). This soup freezes and
reheats very well.
