Hovis Bread (yeast Free) Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 1/2 cup: White flour,
1 cup: Cold pressed oil, ???
1 cup: Wheat germ or bran,
2 1/3 cup: Water,
4 tsp: Baking powder,
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and water and mix. Use 1/4
cup more water if dough to stiff. Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves. use liquid lecithin to grease the pans Origin:
