Instant Party Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Water,
1 cup: Sour cream, 8 oz.
4 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Dried minced onion,
3/4 cup: Milk,
2 2/3 cup: Instant potato flakes,
1 package: Cream cheese, 8 oz.
Paprika, optional
Softened,
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add milk, cream
cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and minced onion; stir in potato
flakes. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika
if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350 deg. for 30 minutes. Yield: 8-10
servings
