Layered Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
3 tbsp: Grated parmesan cheese,
1 package: Whipped topping, frozen,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
Thawed,
1 medium: Lettuce, head
1 dash: Yellow food coloring --,
Torn in bite size piece,
Optional,
1 medium: Cauliflower flowerets,
1 each: Graham cracker pie crust, 9
1 medium: Red onion, sliced thinly
Inch,
1/2 cup: Bacon bits,
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together first three ingredients for dressing;
set aside. Layer remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour on
dressing; refrigerate. Toss just before serving. Yield: 6 to 8
servings.
