Basic Whole Berry Waffle^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Soaked berries, wheat, rye,
3 tbsp: NUTS OR SEEDS,
Barley,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Water,
Directions:
Soak 1 1/4 cups of the berries overnight. Drain. Reserve water to
make the 2 cups needed in the recipe. BLEND smooth, 1-2 minutes all
of the other ingredients. Pour into hot iron.Bake 20 minutes. See
