Upside Down Popover Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Pork sausage,
8 ounce: Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 medium: Onion, chopped
Batter,
1/2 medium: Green pepper, chopped
2: Eggs,
2 tbsp: Flour,
1 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Each dried basil and,
1 cup: Milk,
Marjoram leaves crumbled,
1 tbsp: Oil,
15 ounce: Can tomato sauce,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage until browned. Pour off excess fat.
To skillet, add onion and green pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in
flour, basil, marjoram and tomato sauce. Heat well. Pour into a 13x9
" baking pan> Top with mozzarella slices. To make popover batter;
beat together eggs,flour, milk, oil and salt.Pour over ingredients in
pan. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.Bake at 425 for 25 to 30
minutes until well browned. Serve immediately.
