Bean, Barley & Sausage Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Kidney beans, dry
1 cup: Barley, regular
1 package: Smoked Polish sausage, sliced
Garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbsp: Salt,
Parsely sprigs,
1 3/4 quart: Water,
Directions:
Put rinsed beans in large saucepan. Add water, cover and let stand
overnight. Drain off water the next day. Put beans, barley and
remaining ingredients into a crock pot. Stir. Cover and cook on high
for 4 hours.
