Brown Sugar Pecans - Sl 11/81 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Egg whites,
1 pinch: Salt,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 cup: Pecan halves,
1 tbsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Fold in remaining
ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at
250F for 30 minutes. Remove from sheet to wire racks to cool. Yield:
6 to 7 dozen.
