Jesses Cafe Beet Pickles Recipe

Ingredients:
1 gallon: Canned Beets, undrained
-cheesecloth,
1 cup: Vinegar,
1 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Pickling Spices, tied in
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer 10 mins,
then let cool with the pickling spice remaining in the liquid. When
cool, remove spices and store beets in refrigerator until ready to
serve.
