Korean Sesame Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Toasted sesame seeds,
1/3 cup: Soy sauce,
3: Garlic clove, s
3 tbsp: Sugar or honey,
-minced, 1 tbs
1 1/2 tbsp: Sesame oil,
1 tbsp: Ginger, minced
1 tsp: Hot red pepper flakes,
3: Scallions, minced
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
Directions:
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat.
Combine the sesame seeds and the remaining ingredients in a shallow
bowl. Marinate fish for 30 minutes, chicken breasts for 1 hour, and
thinly sliced beef for 1-2 hours, turning once or twice.
Makes enough for 1
-2 pounds seafood, poultry, or meat.
