Lebanese Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
2 tbsp: Oil,
1/8 tsp: Cayenne,
Directions:
Mix together with blender or processor. Make about 2/3 cup, enough
for 5 chicken breast halves, or 10 thigh/drumsticks. Origin: Appeal
