1/2 cup: Ground Cumin,
2: Green Bell Peppers --,
1 tsp: Ground Red Pepper,
Directions:
Combine black-eyed peas with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled
with corn chips. Texas-sized recipe makes 5 quarts.
