Sweet Potato Pecan Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/4 tsp: Yeast,
3 tbsp: Powdered milk,
3 cup: Bread flour,
3 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
4 tbsp: Rolled oats,
3/4 cup: Sweet potatoes, cooked,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
-mashed,
2 pinch: Nutmeg,
3/4 cup: Water,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Raisins, dark
2 tbsp: Brown sugar, dark
1/3 cup: Pecans, chopped

Directions:

Place all ingredients in machine and push start. Use
raisin bread cycle, adding fruit and nuts at beep.
