Sweet Potatoe Crunch Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Cooked sweet potatoes,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter,
1/2 Bag: of marshmellows,
TOPPING
1 cup: Brown sugar,
1 cup: Chopped nuts, pecans
1/2 cup: Flour-plain,
1/3 cup: Butter,
Directions:
May use can mashed sweet potatoes. Season with
vanilla (1 t), salt (1/2 t), cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Whip
all together and pour in greased casserole. Mix
topping ingredients on top and bake for 30 minutes in
350 degree oven.
