Bleu Spruce Wreath Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Cream cheese,
1 can: Crushed pineapple, drained
4 ounce: Bleu cheese, crumbled
., 8oz
2 tbsp: Brandy or pineapple juice,
2 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
Garnishes: fresh parsley,
1 tsp: Instant onion, minced
. chopped red bell pepper,
Directions:
Place unwrapped cream cheese in a 2-quart glass measure, Microwave on
medium (50 percent) 1@/2 minutes to soften. Blend in bleu cheese. Add
brandy, Worcestershire. onion and drained pineapple, blend thoroughly.
Fold in Cheddar; mix well.
Place drinking glass in center of serving plate; spoon cheese mixture
to form a wreath around glass. Smooth with a spatula; remove glass.
Garnish as desired with parsley and bell pepper.
Optional: Form cheese mixture into shape of a Christmas tree. In
addition to chopped parsley and bell pepper, add a few pecan halves
for the tree trunk and a star (cut from lemon rind or yellow bell
pepper) at top of tree.
Serve with crackers.
Nutritional analysis per serving: 121 calories, 9 grams fat, 4 grams
carbohydrates, 29 milligrams cholesterol, 187 milligrams sodium, 66
percent of calories from fat.
