Fire Beef Recipe
Yield: 4 servingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1 lbs: Beef sirloin, (boneless
2 tbsp: Sugar,
-steak),
1 tsp: Black pepper,
1/4 cup: Minced onion,
1 dash: Of red pepper,
2 tsp: Minced garlic,
2 tbsp: Ground toasted sesame seeds,
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
2 tbsp: Sesame-seed oil,
Directions:
Cut sirloin into paper-thin slices. This is easier to do if meat is
first frozen until hard. Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, sugar,
black and red pepper, sesame seed, and oil; mix well. Pour over beef
slices, coating each slice with the sauce. Grill on skewers over
charcoal. Or broil in a broiler 6 inches from source of heat, turning
occasionally to brown on all sides.
Makes 4 servings.
