Irish Cream Cheesecake^ Recipe

Ingredients:

CRUST
1 3/4 cup: Finely crushed chocolate,
6 tbsp: Melted butter,
Wafers or graham crackers,

FILLING
1 cup: Sugar,
1/3 cup: To 1/2 Baileys*,
3 package: Cream cheese,, (24oz),
3/4 cup: Mini chocolate chips,
Softened,
1 tsp: Glour,
4: Eggs,

GARNISH---OPTIONAL
Whipped cream,
Chocolate curls,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.

Combine crust ingredients and press onto bottom and up sides of
lightly greased 9" springform pan; set aside.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth and creamy. Do not
overbeat. Stir in Baileys by hand. Gently stir in combined teaspoon
flour and 1/2 cup chips.; stir into batter gently. Sprinkle remaining
chips over.

Bake 45-55 minutes or until firm to the touch. Loosen sides of
cheesecake by running a knife around edge of pan. Cover cake; chill
at least 3 hours. Pipe with whipped cream and top with chocolate
curls, if desired, before serving.
