Kraut N Frank Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Butter -=OR=-,
1 can: (16-oz) sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup: Margarine,
1: Bay leaf,
1 lbs: Wieners, cut into 1/2"
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
-chunks,
1/4 tsp: Thyme,
2 large: Onions, chopped
1 tbsp: Instant beef bouillon,
1 Stalk: celery, chopped
3 cup: Water,

Directions:
Heat pressure cooker. Add butter, brown wierners. Remove wierners.
Saute onions and celery until tender. Stir wieners, sauerkraut, bay
leaf, pepper, thyme, bouillon, and water. Close cover securely.
Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 5 MINUTES. Let pressure
drop of its own accord. 4 to 6 servings.
