Maple Baby Back Ribs^ Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Pork baby back ribs,

GLAZE
3/4 cup: Maple syrup,
2 tsp: Soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Frozen apple juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Concentrate, thawed
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Green onion, thinly sliced
Few dashes Tabasco,
1 tbsp: Brown sugar,

Directions:
Have the meat man cut the ribs in half across the bone. Cut into
appetizer size pieces. Roast on a rack at 350F. an hour and 15
minutes. Drain.

Combine glaze ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1
minute.

Brush ribs with glaze. Roast 25-30 more minutes, brushing with glaze.
