Meat & Potato Squares^ Recipe

Ingredients:
MEAT MIXTURE
1 lbs: Ground beef,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1: Egg,
1 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/4 cup: Milk,
1/2 cup: Chopped onion,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 package: , (16oz) frozen shoestring
1 tsp: Prepared mustard,
Potatoes,
Directions:
Combine meat mixture; set aside.
Press half the potatoes in a greased 8" square pan. Spread evenly with
meat mixture. Press with remaining potatoes. Bake at 400F a half hour
or until meat is cooked and potatoes are lightly browned. Cut into
squares.
