Old-fashioned Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup: Cooked sweet potatoes,
1/2 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
-mashed,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
2: Eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup: Sugar,
2: , (5 1/3-oz) canned evaporated
1 tbsp: Flour,
-milk,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2/3 cup: Milk,
1/2 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
9 Inch: unbaked pastry shells,
1/2 tsp: Ground ginger,
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes and butter, mixing until blended. Add combined
sugar, flour and spices: mix well. Blend in eggs and milk. Pour
into crusts. Bake 10 minutes (I think at 400 degrees F, I lost my
original recipe), reduce oven to 350 degrees F., continue baking 50
to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
