Roasted Maple Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Butter,
Salt and pepper to taste,
4 large: Carrots, cut in matchsticks 1 1/2 tb Maple syrup

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Grease the bottom of a small roasting pan or a medium-sized ovenproof
skillet with the butter. Add carrots, salt and pepper and toss well
to coat with the butter.

Roast the carrots for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and
drizzle the maple syrup over the carrots. Continue roasting the
carrots until tender but not falling apart - 3 to 6 minutes.
