Spicy Apricot Chicken Wings^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Chicken wings, tips removed
And disjointed,
MARINADE
1 cup: Apricot preserves,
1 tsp: Chili powder,
2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tsp: To 2 hot sauce,
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients.
Place chicken wings and 1/2 cup marinade in a ziploc bag and marinte
overnight in the fridge. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Bake wings 30 minutes on a foil lined cookie sheet, brushing with
marinade occasionally. Serve with reserved sauce. 8-10 servings.
