Spicy Asian Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Soba, (buckwheat) noodles
1/4 cup: Seasoned rice vinegar,
Or spaghetti,
2 tbsp: , (to 3 tbs) Chinese
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
Chile-garlic paste,
1/4 cup: Asian sesame oil,
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until
tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice
vinegar, and chile paste until well blended.
3. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Serve at room temperature.
