Ginger Sesame Soy Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

GOURMET GETAWAYS IHILANI RES
1/2 cup: Low sodium soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Cooking mirin, rice wine
1/2 cup: Water,
1 ounce: Shredded fresh ginger,
1 ounce: Sliced onion,
1 ounce: Sliced celery,
1 ounce: Shredded carrot,
1 dash: Sesame oil,
2 tbsp: Unsalted butter,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except butter in saucepan. Boil for about 10
to 15 minutes to reduce the sauce, or until 2/3 cup of sauce remains.
Add butter, stirring until melted.
