Macerated Peaches Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Peaches, sliced
2/3 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Grand Marnier,
1 tbsp: Fresh grated ginger,
1/4 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
3 slice: Angel food cake,
1: Scoop of vanilla bean ice,
Cream,
Fresh mint sprigs,
Powdered sugar in shaker,
Directions:
In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together. Allow the
peaches to marinate overnight. Using a fork, slightly mash 1/4 of the
peaches against the side of the dish. Lay the pieces of angel food
cake in a shallow bowl. Place the ice cream in the center of the
cake. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream. Garnish with mint and
powdered sugar
